Unfortunately, we do not offer used engine blocks.  All of our used blocks at ETL Parts are sent out to the machine shop to ensure the blocks are good.  They are thoroughly cleaned and crack detected before any machine work happens.   We decide what to do with each block according to oversize and deck height.  Premium cores are set to .020" / .50mm OS fit to piston a forged Manley Performance Piston.    If a block arrives at .50mm OS, we will recondition the cylinder the next size up at .25mm increments.   All .75mm and 1.00mm Cylinders are paired to Nippon OEM Replacement Pistons.
