Online Checkout Store Policy
We hold the right to cancel any order, for any reason, at any time. This includes Price Discrepancies, Glitches, Shipping Miscalculations, and Pricing Changes by our Vendors. We will never add charges to your order due to pricing changes.

Return Policy
We offer a standard 30 day return policy. Depending on the type of product, the policy varies slightly.
New Products must be returned in original, untampered box. Fill out our RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Form, to include with a copy of your order in the the return shipment. Once accepted, we refund the card used for the purchase.
Reconditioned Parts can be returned within 30 days in the original shipping box. Include RMA, and a copy of the order in the returned shipment.

Special Order Parts May Not Be Returnable, and are sold via phone/invoice only. We do inform you at checkout, and these parts require special verification at purchase. (ID May Be Required) This would include custom sized pistons, special style connecting rods,
Shipping Damage
Damaged In Shipping? We can help with that! We do insure our packages and can help with Fed Ex damage claims. USPS Also has a independent insurance system that offers insurance for damaged goods. The situation would be that Fed Ex or USPS May need the damaged product. So a second order will need to be placed to make up for the damaged product. The insurance check should cover the second order. This process takes longer than anyone likes.
